Don’t have time to go to the gym ? Do these simple workouts at your house before work or before bed to maintain your fitness.

Jump rope 1-3 minutes
10 burpees
50 crunches
1 minute single leg balance
20 Sumo squats
Repeat 10x’s

Do this as fast as you can! This will improve your endurance and maintain your muscle mass and lean psyche.
